Ifeoma Oronsaye is a mentor and life coach. She has mentored many women and serves as a coach on numerous women’s platforms. For over two years, she managed Young Mompreneurs Initiative (YOMI) at CSAAE, a women enterprise development program dedicated to helping young women in the South East build successful small, medium and large scale business enterprises. At CSAAE, she also served as the Manager, Career Building and Entrepreneurship Program: a unit dedicated to helping young people get the education they need, secure employment or initiate enterprises that contribute to the development of Africa.

A sought after speaker, facilitator and counselor, Ifeoma Oronsaye is passionate about women and youth empowerment. She is the Convener and Team Lead of REDD Women Empowerment: a platform that mentors young women and girls to lead their roles as nation builders.

An Alumni of Imo State University, Ifeoma holds a degree in Medical Laboratory Science with First-Class Honors. As a certified Medical Laboratory Scientist, she has worked in University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital, Enugu (UNTH), Imo Specialist Hospital, Owerri and DIGOE Hospital, Owerri. She is also knowledgeable in project management and business management.

Currently, she serves as an Assistant Lecturer at Federal Polytechnic, Ohodo, Enugu State.

Ifeoma is happily married to Pastor Uyiosa Robert Oronsaye and they are blessed with two lovely kids, Charisa and Chairo.
